Celebrating the symbiosis between Art and Design, Italian meta-luxury lifestyle power-player Visionnaire chose Design Miami and Art Basel for the official unveiling of Il Pavone. The capsule collection designed by Los Angeles based Artist and Designer Marc Ange is an ode to the romantic and seductive beauty of the peacock. The collection was presented for the first time at the brand’s flagship in Miami in December 2019 during Design Miami and Art Basel.
Visionnaire chose Marc Ange to bring this collection to life after experiencing his tendency for the extraordinary at Milan Design Week in 2019. His interpretation of Visionnaire’s world was brought to life through an allegorical display of the romantic animal, which, to him, embodied beauty and luxury.
Eclat secured the partnership between Visionnaire and Marc Ange and spearheaded the activation during Art Basel from start to finish. A robust press strategy was built upon the evocative narrative presented by the peacock inspired collection, which included widespread outreach and private press appointments to view the showroom. The art design capsule collection was used to relaunch the brand’s US flagship, and a coinciding cocktail event executed by the Eclat team in partnership with Cultured Magazine was held to welcome visionaries and tastemakers from international art and design communities alike into the newly renovated showroom. Eclat secured the premium tequila brand Claze Azul, Billecart Salmon champagne, and Cultured magazine as supporting sponsors for the cocktail event and opening of the exhibit in Miami.
