AMAN NORTH AMERICAN ROADSHOW

Having worked together in the past, The Aman Group chose Eclat to help spearhead their 2020 North American Roadshow. The Roadshow, which takes place in multiple spots throughout the US and welcomes Aman’s network of employees, stakeholders, press, and “junkies”, began its journey right in Los Angeles. The goal of the occasion is to give Aman managers a chance to meet with the wedding planners, travel agents, press, and VIP guests who support their network.

Eclat curated the event from location, to catering, to entertainment, and everything in between. The first day, which took place at a private estate in Beverly Hills, welcomed Aman’s network of travel agents for a morning of wellness, including a yoga session, a sound bath, and qigong meditation. Guests were greeted with a “smudging” to purify the body and soul and bring clarity to the mind. The morning was rounded out by auricular acupuncture, skincare consultations, and lite bites by Chef Anthony Marazita of Amangiri.

The following luncheon welcomed local press to experience hospitality and entertaining the Aman way. A four-course meal by Chef  Anthony presented different flavors inspired by the renowned Amangiri resort. Amangiri’s General Manager Julien Surget announced the anticipated opening of the property’s new Aman Sarika, a luxury camp.

The day ended with an event at Dan Brunn Architecture’s Bridge House, curated especially for the “Amanjunkies”, in partnership with Remote Lands. Different zones of the home were designed to draw inspiration from the different Aman locations, for example, a sake tasting inspired by the new Japan location. A violinist wrapped the evening with a show-stopping performance.

The second day, held at the Spring Place membership club in Beverly hills kicked off with a rooftop lunch, and welcomed wedding planners to have an intimate moment with the Aman team. This was followed by a travel trade showcase in the club’s private restaurant and a raffle. Finally, the Aman team got the chance to celebrate their successful roadshow with a seated dinner.
